Arthur Sercan and Jenny Spanos are a husband-and-wife realtor team with Keller Williams Referred Urban Realty in Toronto, Ontario. They are registered with the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) and are members of the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), as well as the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA).

Combined, they have over thirty years of experience in real estate and have won multiple awards and honours throughout their careers, including Rookie of the Year, Top Producer awards, Outstanding Achievement awards, and the Platinum Club award. They’ve also been recognized with several other production awards.

To date, they’ve worked with over 1500 clients in the Greater Toronto Area to help them find their dream home, downsize and simplify their lifestyle, or enter the market as a first-time homebuyer. They’ve also worked with investors who want to use real estate as a means to build wealth so they can live the lifestyle they truly want.

Outside of real estate, they have many other hobbies and interests, including a shared love of theatre. Jenny enjoys cooking, reading, and designing, while Arthur’s passionate about magic, music, boating, and golf. They have two sons and love travelling and entertaining as a family. They’re also involved with charities and organizations such as the SickKids Foundation, the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada, the Canadian Cancer Society, the Canadian Amateur Athletes Network, and the Markham Stouffville Hospital Foundation.
