We would like to thank both Art and Jenny for all the help and guidance in purchasing our first investment condo in January 2021. Since then, we’ve been able to build up over $20, 000 in equity during Covid which is unexpected considering the situation.
You both have helped us overcome our fear of investing and taking the first step towards building wealth through Real Estate. With yrou help and assistance, we are now ready to build up more investment homes opportunities, and we look forward to our next venture in the future!

Covid has been a horrible dark time for the world. However, even in this darkness, there were a few silver linings. One of these has affected my life profoundly. It is the story of Art and Jenny.
I found out from Art’s bother-in-law, Louie, that he was sick in the hospital with Covid. I had never met Art or his lovely wife, Jenny. However, as an intensive care physician, and after hearing how sick Art was, I immediately understood the plight that she must have been going through. I reached out to Jenny on the phone and asked her how she was feeling. Boy, did she unload on this stranger! Over the next few weeks, I continued to listen to her and let her go through the spectrum of emotions associated with having a loved one in the ICU as sick as Art was. Unfortunately, this is something I had experienced all too much over the last few years.
There was something special about Jenny. I felt the love and devotion she had for her husband and her family every time we spoke. I could also hear the strain in her voice every time we spoke and felt it in her texts. I told her not to give up hope and helped guide her through Art’s journey. Happily, we got through!
I am convinced it was Jenny’s love and devotion for her husband (and his for her) that truly got him (them) through the nadir of his illness. Her (their) compassion and ongoing devotion was exemplary; In fact, I have used her as an example with other patients and families going through similar situations. She never gave up hope.
My wife and I have the honour of meeting both Art and Jenny for the first time, a few months after his release from the hospital. They are the kindest and most compassionate people we have ever met. We knew we had met friends for life.
Unfortunately, many of the stories associated with COVID have had sad and depressing endings. This one is different; my wife and I gained dear life long friends. Jenny and the kids have their dad back, and the world gets to continue to revel in Art’s illusionary skills.
Truly a magical ending!
